One Reservoir Avenue was a distinctive project enabling Architectura to renovate one of Rhode Island’s first automotive dealerships. Formerly an abandoned and dilapidated building, this landmark was revitalized and the details of its façade restored to their classic grandeur.

The interior was reconditioned into office space to house the State of Rhode Island Department of Labor & Training. Following the fast-track building method and incorporated historic tax credits, the Network RI building is once again a vintage icon in the City of Providence.
