Fulton House the first high rise cold storage building that was ever converted into luxury condominiums. Located in downtown Chicago on the Chicago River, this sixteen story structure commands magnificent panoramic views.
The original building was in use in 1910's and its renovation design kept the existing structure and original architectural character. The ceiling of each unit was doubled arched, giving a classic industrial look. The project has subsequently been surrounded by other new residential developments. This project was executed while Paul V. Satas was employed at Harry Weese & Associates. |
