Conley's Wharf at State Pier No. 1

 

Architectura collaborated with Ann Grasso for the interior design of Conley's Wharf. Situated on the Providence Harbor, this adaptive re-use of a turn of the century gasification plant features a banquet facility, conference center artist’s work lofts and gallery space. The banquet facility and conference center located on the fourth floor, has breathtaking views of the harbor and downtown Providence.

The project qualified for historic tax credits due to its significant role in Providence Harbor’s history. The project is the first phase of Providence Piers.
