The Woonsocket Housing Authority is one of the largest housing authorities in Rhode Island, providing over 1,800 elderly and low income residential units. The system manages both high rise and low rise facilities. Architectura has been providing ongoing architectural services to the Woonsocket Housing Authority since 2001. During this time, Architectura has implemented numerous successful projects throughout the system including siding replacement on 56 buildings at the Veterans Memorial Complex and the remolding of 585 kitchens at Kennedy Manor, St. Germain Manor, Crepeau Court and Parkview Manor. All projects were completed within the estimated budget and on time.
