This compact single level beach cottage was designed for complete handicap accessibility. The house responded to the ocean views from its rear and featured an octagon dining room two stories tall capped with two clear story windows.

The cottage was also proposed to be low maintenance and provide intimate spaces overlooking the ocean dunes.
