This feasibility study focused on the conversion of this existing Community Center into an Educational Facility for the Town of Barrington and incorporating the second floor performance area into a small public theater.

Existing Conditions were examined in order to ascertain the buildings appropriateness for the new assembly use, ADA compliance and MEP considerations. All this culminated in the presentation of a schematic design and final report.
