Scope of Work included complete demolition of the existing interior to accommodate the new use. Alphagraphics is a graphic design and printing company boasting numerous premium printing presses for high quality print jobs.

Interior work included all new architectural finishes, new MEP systems and special climate controlled spaces for the printing equipment.

The existing Art Deco exterior was altered for new windows and entrances and the masonry was restored and tuckpointed. Large new skylights were installed in the shop areas to reduce the reliance on artificial light and to improve the color rendition for printing jobs.
